Organic, real food and non-toxic products are tough to fit into a tight budget, but Thrive Market is an amazing resource for spending less on healthier products. I’m sharing exactly how I use Thrive Market to spend less on organic groceries and stick to my budget.

Save on food and personal care products with Thrive Market. This is my favorite online store for buying organic food and personal care products at 25-50% off. I'm sharing how I get the most out of Thrive Market to save on groceries. Eat healthy on a tight budget. #savemoney #grocerybudget #budgettips

I first heard about Thrive Market about 2 years ago from a food blogger that I follow on Instagram. It intrigued me since we were working really hard to reduce our grocery spending each month, but it was really important to me that I was feeding my family healthy food even on a tight budget. I signed up for the 30 day trial and placed my first order, and I’ve been a member ever since.

Thrive Market

I’ve shared my own Thrive order over on Instagram a few times, and the most common question I get is if products are actually cheaper than what you would find at a local store. So I wanted to share how I get the most out of my Thrive Market order and what a typical order looks like for our family.

Is Real Food More Expensive?

When money is tight, many people fall back on processed foods to make ends meet, because real food is expensive, right?

Well, there’s no lying that it is more expensive to eat a real food diet and use safer products. We have to be more intentional in the way we meal plan and where we shop. But if you’re careful, it can be done without blowing your budget out of the water.

I have always been a bargain shopper, but I made a decision after our first child was born that I would cut back in other areas of my life to leave more room in our budget to purchase high quality food for my family.

For some families with food sensitivities and intolerances, there is no choice but to focus on real, organic foods.

Thankfully, there are amazing resources and stores that help make healthier products more accessible and affordable. Thrive Market is one place that sells amazing products cheaper than other online retailers and local health food stores.

What is Thrive Market?

Thrive Market is the first socially conscious online store offering the world’s best-selling natural and organic products at wholesale prices. They carry over 2,500 of the highest quality food, supplements, home, personal care, and beauty products from over 400 of the best brands on the market, all delivered straight to your door at 25-50% off retail prices. Their mission is to make health living easy, affordable, and accessible for every American family.

It’s essentially like Whole Foods meets Costco online.

Thrive Market also has a social mission and they believe that purpose in business is every bit as important as profits. For them, that purpose is to make healthy living easy and accessible for every American family. That’s why they offer these products at fair prices. It’s also why they’ve committed to donating a free Thrive membership to a low-income family for every paid membership on the site – forever.

How Does it Work?

Thrive Market is an online membership site where you can shop for your favorite organic and natural foods, skin care products, home care products, and more all from the comfort of your own home.

Here’s how it works:

1. Sign Up For a Free account.

Once you register, you can browse Thrive Market’s entire online catalog for your favorite products. In addition to a ton of name brand products, Thrive Market carries their own brand name of products. Buying the Thrive Market brand is often even cheaper than other brand names, and I have loved every single thing I have tried.

2. Make Your First Purchase and Save an Additional 25%.

Right off the bat, no strings attached. Plus, you get free shipping on orders over $49. So you save even more money!

3. Purchase Your Own Membership After Your Initial 30 Days.

If you end up loving the service, you can purchase a full membership for $59.95 per year. That is only $4.99 a month! I spend WAY more than that in gas running back and forth to the many grocery stores I shop at every month, plus not to mention the time out of my day!
